Website delivery and technical access data

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. This technical service provider receives the access data needed to deliver the website. Further provider information is available in the ALL-INKL.COM legal notice.

When you access a page, your IP address and technical request data in particular are transmitted. The hosting provider may process details such as the time of access, requested files, access status and browser information in server logs. This serves to deliver content, analyse errors and protect against misuse and attacks.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide a reliable website and maintain its security and functionality. The technical data is necessary for online access; the website cannot be delivered without its transmission.

This website does not set cookies or use local storage or session storage.

Analytics and external content

We have not integrated any analytics or marketing services of our own into this website. No external fonts or maps are loaded.

External services, such as LinkedIn, are accessible through labelled links. If you follow one of these links, the respective provider processes data under its own privacy notice. This website does not use automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Enquiries and email

The enquiry function prepares an email and opens your local email application. It does not send a message automatically. The email is transmitted through your email provider only when you send it yourself in your email application.

The website does not store form entries on its own server or transmit them to an enquiry backend. If you send us an email, we use the contact details and content it contains to handle your enquiry.

Where your enquiry concerns steps prior to entering into a contract with you or the performance of such a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We handle other enquiries, including communication with a company's contact persons, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is to respond to the enquiry and conduct business communication.

Email communication is handled through the email service providers used by the sender and recipient. Within our company, the people handling the enquiry have access to the necessary information. Contacting us is voluntary. Without sufficient contact details and information about your enquiry, we may be unable to respond.

Retention and erasure

The retention period for technical logs depends on what is necessary for operation, troubleshooting and security, and on the logging and deletion procedures configured for the hosting service. A specific security incident may require longer retention for investigation and to protect legal claims.

Enquiry data is deleted once the enquiry has been resolved and the data is no longer needed to perform any resulting contract. Data is retained further where statutory retention obligations apply or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The applicable criteria are then the relevant statutory obligation or the period needed to pursue or defend those claims. The legal bases in these cases are Article 6(1)(c) or (f) GDPR, respectively.
